Abbie - CopyIn addition to being one of our stellar trainers, Abbie Boggs is a full-time competitive bodybuilder and exercise science grad student at Oakland University, where she holds a BS in exercise science from as well (go Grizzlies!). Abbie loves coaching clients of all ages and levels on weightlifting body composition and prides herself on helping the “gym hatters” have fun in the gym! StephanieStephanie holds a BS in Exercise Science from Oakland University where she received a D1 volleyball scholarship after 12x varsity lettering in volleyball, basketball, and track in high school. She is a NASM certified Personal Trainer, specialized in pre & post-natal exercise, and with a special certification in Kettlebell coaching (have you tried her Friday morning Kettlebell class at 9:15AM?). In addition to training a wide range of clients one-on-one, Stephanie is also the founder and one of the coaches of our FiT Program for women, Junior Track Club, and Strength & Conditioning for Young Athletes.

Bethani is a NASM certified Personal Trainer and a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach! She trains a wide range of individuals and is particularly passionate about the inner workings of our core musculature and helping women feel confident after having babies. This passion lead her to team up with Coach Stephanie to co-coach the FiT program for women (in all phases of life). Jen is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Stretch & Flexibility, Sports Performance, Kettlebells, and TRX Coach, and Heart Rate Training Specialist (if you’re looking for someone to nerd out about the benefits of training with Myzone, she’s your girl!). A former athlete herself, Jen passionately pushes her clients and classes to toward their goals and beyond their perceived limits. She’s a drill sergeant coach, whose heart and humor are absolute gold and you need only drop into her classes to see exactly what we mean. Maria is passionate about helping runners of all ages and levels chase their goals and realize their potential while staying healthy and injury free! She's pictured here training another member of our Athletic Club team, Jane, who just ran her second Boston Marathon and qualified for her third!
Maria coaches our Cadence classes on Tuesday at 9:15AM and Friday at 6AM and Movement & Mobility on Friday at 9:30AM. She also co-coaches Junior Track Club on Thursday evenings!
